What Is The Weirdest Thing You Have Done To Survive?

During my I T period, couldn’t go to office cause I wasn’t boxed up, had to stay home, man was literally drinking Lipton for 2 weeks straight, I had a new pack of Lipton then, used the last money on me to get sugar, I’ll literally wake up, boil water and continue sipping my Lipton like it was no man’s business, Morning, afternoon and night or whenever I felt hungry,

Lipton was like my life saver then..

Kai the good old days, i remember wen i dey school, at the end of the semester no food, oboy when hunger waya man pikin me with my roomies dem go turn to food scientist. i remember 1 time way food no dey, n i get only 100naira last card, gas sef don finish, na im i go buy 50 naira coaster biscuit, look my cupboard i see say i still get small custard, prepare d custard with hot plate, na coaster and custard combination i chop dat day. During my final year, I ran out of foodstuff except yam and small palm oil. Decided to make yam porridge, so I bought crayfish with the last #50 on me and had them grind it, not knowing they grinded ogono before I came. Na so I take chop porridge yam wey dey draw like soup. Las Las I throway the nonsense, come sleep like that

when I was in Kadpoly ( in ajegunle hostel) ND2 first semester,me and my roommate became very broke and all we had left was half tuber of yam.gas HV finished, light was very poor it could only charge phones..so we just put d yam on electric stove and went to night class..that was around 8pm, we came back around 2am only to see that d water was just warm….that was how we ate raw yam and slept that night..

Have used groundnut oil to cook okro soup when I was really broke. anytime I remember it, I also remember how far have gone.
